Founded in 2008 by Jeff Rudes and Margaret Maldonado, L’AGENCE began with early roots in Hollywood and a devout following of high-profile celebrities and their stylists. At the helm today are uncle-and-niece duo, Jeff Rudes and Tara Rudes-Dann, serving as creative director and fashion director, respectively. We believe clothing should fit well and work for real life. That it should inspire, boost confidence, and delight. Our brand is built on community, a culture of empowerment, and a commitment to taking care of our people.
