Safety This Season

As Cabana opens on-site events once more, we are prioritizing the safety of our fashion industry attendees as we all return to business in the wake of COVID-19. We will be implementing a number of safety protocols in event production and show layout to ensure the safety of all, including staff, exhibitors, and retail attendees.

In addition to increased cleaning and air filtration of the Miami Beach Convention Center, we kindly ask attendees to take note of the following:

Health & Safety Requirements

Daily Temperature Screening

Everyone attending Liberty Fairs is required to undergo a temperature check prior to entering the show floor. Anyone found to have a higher temperature than the required limit will be allowed a 10 min holding time before having their temperature checked once more. If a guest is still found to be higher than the required limit, they will not be allowed on the show floor.

Face Coverings

While on the show floor, attendees are required to properly wear masks on the show floor at all times, unless in a dedicated food and beverage area. Liberty Fairs will be supplying masks for use if an attendee does not have one themselves.

Social Distancing + Signage

We have adjusted our trade show layout to allow for one way entry/exit, larger aisles and 6-foot floor markers for social distancing. Please respect your fellow attendees’ space as you explore the show floor.

Increased Sanitation

Around the show floor, attendees will find designated sanitation stations providing hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, masks, gloves, and more. Please feel free to use these resources, and ensure you wash your hands frequently.

Health Screening

Prior to attending the event, we will require all attendees and exhibitors to complete a short COVID health screening release form. We will be sending all registrants the form to fill out prior to the show. There will also be forms available at show entrance. Please also ensure to follow CDC guidelines for both Florida and the area you are traveling from to ensure you comply with any additional travel requirements.
